Always great service! Easy to get in and they always give a full inspection - listing all the things they think need attention and all the things that are working well. They are very informative, give us their best opinions/recommendations and then leave it up to us as far as how much to do and in what timeframe. Communication is very good. My daughter had her brake pads/rotors replaced, new tires & front ball joint/bushings replaced. All is working great now.

When your vehicle arrived, we first completed diagnostic testing to verify the cause of the charging system issue rather than simply replacing parts based on symptoms alone. This diagnostic process helps ensure we identify the correct problem and avoid unnecessary repairs. After confirming the alternator had failed, we replaced it and verified the repair was successful. The total invoice of $923.96 included the diagnostic testing, labor, replacement alternator, taxes. We understand that pricing can vary from shop to shop and from one area to another, but our goal is always to provide a thorough diagnosis, quality parts, and a repair our customers can depend on. I went in for a check engine light that came on for one day and then turned itself off and 4x4 switch issues. I was then sent a price list for over $8,000 worth of repairs in fluid exchanges, brakes, rotors, and spark plugs. Going in as a college aged girl I definitely feel like they were trying to talk me into stuff I didn’t need and overcharge me by a TON, I had to spend $200 just to get the diagnostic. I went to another shop in Stillwater and got a second opinion. I only spent $800 and got everything my truck needed as well as a new belt and air filter. I do not recommend due to their overpricing. Customer service was nice and polite but I just can’t get over the cost.
