Honors the time frame they give for repairs. Keep the inside of your car neatly covered to prevent any unintended problems during repair. Always friendly in-person AND on the phone. They send you a detailed report on the repairs your vehicle needs which is nice to budget with! Cost of services is reasonably in-line with the high quality service you receive.

I live in California and I called them looking for help with my sons car he lives in town. They were very nice and did what they could to help. Although they couldn’t repair the issue they gave me information on what to do next or who to talk to.

Straight shooters. Take my vehicle here with confidence and the BG service is great for peace of mind. My 2014 F150 has over 225,000 on it and doesn't leak or use oil. I've driven Fords all my life and this is the first one I've done the BG program with from bumper to bumper and it's paying off. I'm shooting for 500,000 miles.
