Straight shooters. Take my vehicle here with confidence and the BG service is great for peace of mind. My 2014 F150 has over 225,000 on it and doesn't leak or use oil. I've driven Fords all my life and this is the first one I've done the BG program with from bumper to bumper and it's paying off. I'm shooting for 500,000 miles.

Very professional, courteous, and thorough. My son was returning to OSU from our home two hours away when he began having car trouble. I found Stillwater Automotive by a quick internet search, as this was the first time we had a need for a mechanic in Stillwater. They got it in the next day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got him back on the road. Their communication was excellent. We appreciated getting a list of the other services and repairs they found while inspecting the car. Because of their fair prices and no pressure ways, we are planning to take the car back soon for the other services they recommended. This OSU Dad is glad we found Stillwater Automotive!

Very helpful and knowledgeable people. Charges are slightly on the higher side of things but the things they recommend of doing to your car will usually be good for it.

My engine oil light came on and I took my car to an auto store to pick up oil. Then my car wouldn’t even start. Kayla was really calm on the phone and told me to run back into the store to get a jump. This saved me money on a tow. Once I managed to get back on the road, I headed straight to them and they checked it over. My battery was a dud and they got me taken care of right away. Very thankful for their service.

I've been going to Stillwater Automotive for many years now. This time, I received a standard oil change but I've had extensive work done in the past (mostly on my truck). For the oil change, I dropped off my car in the morning and it was done by late morning (there is an option to wait, if you want). One of the things I really appreciate is the extensive list of work done but also a list of recommended service. I've never felt pressure to do anything but I do like seeing upcoming issues or service. This gives me the option of budgeting the money or for doing some of it myself. In terms of previous work done, the pricing/quotes are pretty accurate and reasonable considering that the work has been done well. I recently had my son's truck repaired as it needed a new heater core. Having done this myself in the past (like 160 screws under the dash to access it), I was aware of the challenge and time required. I received a reasonable quote and the job was done well. I had scheduled the time to drop the truck off and it was done in 1 day. And, I might say, it was worth every cent as being upside down in the cab of a truck for half the day is exhausting. Anyways, I will end by saying that it is good to have a reliable mechanic that is honest and reasonable. Anyone who has had a bad mechanic, plumber, electrician, etc. can understand how valuable good service is. Highly recommended.
