Everyone at Stillwater Automotive worked to make me feel at home and heard. I really appreciated how they took the time to take me out and point out on my car everything they were talking about and how it affected its performance. Great fast service. Never felt talked down to or laughed at, which as a college age female is really important to me anywhere I go for car trouble.

Wonderful service. I love the service report. It contains video or photos of what is wrong, recommendations for routine service, and reports on other items that should be addressed (such as a belt showing wear or a dash light that needs diagnostics). There is no pressure to get everything fixed immediately, but the information is there and costs are available so that you can plan. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. They even offer transportation from the shop to work/home when dropping off your car and offer to provide pick-up service when the car is ready as well. I was blown away and highly recommend them.

I have been using Stillwater Automotive for the last two years while I am in Stillwater attending OSU. My experiences with Lonnie and the rest of the staff at Stillwater Automotive have been nothing but great. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I have never felt taken advantage of. They are always so kind and explain things thoroughly. I originally chose to go to Stillwater Automotive based off how great the reviews were online and I’m happy to be adding yet another account of their great service.
