Lonnie runs a great outfit. Nice people from top to bottom who are customer friendly. In addition, he runs an honest business that stands behind their work. If a mistake is made, they fix on their nickel not yours! Very much appreciate them and their hard work. We take all of our vehicles to this shop.

This was my first time using Stillwater Automotive and I will definitely use them again! It is refreshing to work with an auto repair company that wants to provide great service, clear explanation and not just "throw parts" at the car and hope they fix the problem. I also loved the diagnostic report that they sent via text, it had pictures and everything. I've never seen anything like that before. When my car was ready, Kala picked me up bright and early with little notice from me. Overall a wonderful experience to an inconvenient problem. :)

Great service, and they work you in quickly.

Great customer service and technical service. Labor rate is very reasonable. I'm grateful that they didn't just throw parts to it like other shops I've used before. They did forget to call and let me know my vehicle was done but they do stay very busy so it is completely understandable. If you don't hear from them, you can always call or go by. If you do have less than a great experience, please let them know so they can try to make it right before leaving a bad review. Bottom line is that my truck didn't work when I had it towed to them and now it does. Plus my son is happy that he no longer has to ride around in a mini van.
